Humanitarian transport and logistics

Disasters, wars and epidemics make victims all over the world. Since 1985, REIBEL remains stand-by to help with emergency or humanitarian situations! The situation, the destinations and the nature of the intervention require a specialised approach and we must respond as soon as we can since we are trying to help people in need.

The REIBEL humanitarian division handles:

  • the transportation of all goods from the starting point to all destinations (local, regional, continental or intercontinental) and with all means of transport (air, sea, road, rail)

  • pick-ups, receipt, preparing orders, packing, marking and preparing FOB on ships and airplanes

  • chartering ships and airplanes as well as MI-26 helicopters for areas that are difficult to reach by airplane

  • shipment via train, also to CIS and Middle Asia

  • storage under bond or free warehouses of intervention stocks, also for vehicles and trucks

  • preparing vehicles and trucks (fitting of telecommunication materials, identification kits, bull bars, roof racks, reels, etc.)

By working for international organisations and government institutions, including the UN whose World Pact we have joined*, the ICRC, MWF, etc., REIBEL pays a modest contribution to the often delicate missions of these organisations in e.g.:

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Burundi, Colombia, Cambodia, Croatia, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Georgia, India, Northern Caucasus, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Mozambique, Pakistan, Rwanda, Somalia, Sierra Leone, Tajikistan, Chechen, Turkey, Eastern Timor, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, FRY, Democratic republic of Congo, Sudan, India, Chad, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Kashmir, Guatemala,
